Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective films are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided return shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
